Account Termination

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of your purchase at support@thelinkhealth.com

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period, then your account will revert to the free plan.

Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted Use

You may use LinkHealth to test:

• Websites you own or have permission to test
• Public websites for legitimate testing purposes
• Development and staging environments

Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Test websites without proper authorization
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or usage restrictions
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use the Service to harm, attack, or exploit any system
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• Use automated systems to access the Service beyond normal usage
• Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the websites you test. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to:

Service Availability and Limitations

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience unexpected downtime.

Usage Limits

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LINKHEALTH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Actions of third parties or websites you test

In any case, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LinkHealth and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law and Disputes
